A mixture of witty \u201cA-list material\u201d and his ability to work off-script has earned Jim McCue the title \u201cBoston\u2019s King of Crowd Work!\u201d It\u2019s not only his height of six foot six that makes Jim stand head and shoulders above club comedians of the \u201cstick-to-the-script\u201d variety. Jim blends thought-provoking material and uncanny improv skills with a style that encourages audience participation. No two shows are ever the same!<\/p>\n

Jim has been featured on Comedy Central, Comcast Comedy Spotlight, NBC\u2019s \u201cLast Comic Standing,\u201d RedEye on Fox news, Live at Gotham AXS TV and \u201cRoughing It\u201d on NESN in his native New England. Jim also founded and currently runs\u00a0<\/span>The Boston Comedy Festival<\/em>.\u00a0He works in top comedy clubs in Boston, Las Vegas, New York, Dublin, Montreal and Edinburgh.<\/p>\n

Jim McCue went viral this year with his DryBar special \u201cnothing personal\u201d which has had over 3 million views , he has been featured on Comedy Central, Comcast Comedy Spotlight, NBC\u2019s \u201cLast Comic Standing,\u201d Live at Gotham AXS TV and \u201cRoughing It\u201d on NESN in his native New England.<\/p>\n

Since 2000 Jim has also entertained\u00a0U.S. troops\u00a0at more than\u00a0100 bases around the world. An account of his experiences performing for\u00a0the troops has recently been published in\u00a0<\/span>Embedded Comedian<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>which Jim describes as a \u201cfield manual for comedians in a war zone.\u201d<\/p>\n

With his unique act, Jim keeps the audience on its toes. Volleying between set material and working the crowd, Jim cracks jokes with amazing timing and whip-like precision. A unique blend that is sure to leave the audience roaring with laughter!<\/p>\n
