The 2014 Clean Comedy Challenge winner was William Woody. For the first time in Challenge history one comic stood out as the front runner from start to finish. In years past the final outcome was always in question until the final sets were delivered. But this year, William Woody destroyed audiences from the first set to the last set and left no doubt who the 2014 Winner would be going into the finale!
The Challenge took place at the historic Coconuts Comedy Club in St. Pete Beach, Florida. It served as the perfect venue to host the magical week of comedy. Eddie Brill, Bill Gorgo, and John Branyan all had amazing sets during the week as well as lectures during the personal time with the comics. Each comic received private feedback from all the Celebrity Judges after each set. 2012 Winner, Marty Simpson, and 2013 Winner Charlene Mae each blew audiences away as well. Overall, this year’s competition was one of the best Challenge’s ever.
